Keep your mower running smoothly with a tune-up every year or two. For best results, have the tune-up prior to the first use of the season.
The service includes:
- Sharpening the blade(s)
- Changing the oil
- Replacing the spark plug
- Changing the air filter
- Cleaning under the deck
- Replacing the oil filter and/or fuel filter (if present)
- Flushing the fuel tank and adding fresh gasoline
- Tightening bolts and nuts found to be loose
- Inspection, adjustment, and lubrication of moving parts such as throttle or choke cables, belts, etc.
